Carlos Minguell was born in Barcelona the 13th. of November of 1964, and is actually residing in the island of Tenerife since he was 2 years old. He makes his first Scuba dive at the age of 12 and 1 year after he starts black and white photography, although he does not starts on Underwater photography until 1989. Actually he is collaborating with the Spanish underwater magazines and his pictures have been published in more than 30 magazines and news papers of all over the world. He started to compete on underwater photo competitions in 1993, always together with his girl friend and model Caty Perales, and in only four years he has been able to win all the official competitions possible. |
